our mission

Changing the world begins at home.

Our organization aims to drive a nationwide initiative that champions the return of manufacturing to American soil, empowering U.S. businesses and foreign entities selling in America to invest in domestic production. By fostering a collaborative approach with the government, our mission is to stimulate job growth, fortify the economy, and inspire policies prioritizing American-made products, materials, and resources. Together, we will build a resilient and innovative manufacturing future that strengthens communities nationwide and brings back pride in being "American Made."

where we started

A Colombian immigrant's vision for America's future

In 1990, from her small Brooklyn apartment, Colombian immigrant Carmita Pinzon launched the idea for “D-Day American Made” (D.D.A.M). Alarmed by the decline of American manufacturing and its impact on communities, she sought to restore the global prestige of U.S.-made goods. Her vision grew into a campaign advocating for government-backed initiatives to boost domestic production and bring jobs back to American soil.

True economic prosperity is born from a nation’s commitment to sustainable innovation and robust domestic production.
